Starting from the ground up, students will learn the skills necessary to own/lease a horse, as well as equine safety.

The riding portion begins with learning the basic fundamentals in horse handling and works up to advanced instruction.

Emphasis may be put on:

Contesting events– barrel-racing, keyhole, flag race, pole bending, rodeo events
Western Pleasure riding
Showmanship and Halter on the ground
Trail-riding skills
Pattern Riding
Bareback riding
